Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Management Office (PMO) participates as a key member of the team that supports business stakeholders with the management and implementation of large scale, cross-functional GTM program initiatives to achieve successful operational outcomes aligned with ZoomInfo’s mission and objectives. This is a phenomenal opportunity to work on the most significant strategic opportunities with leadership at the highest levels of the company. You will:

  • Partner with your manager, and Operations and/or Executive leadership, to strategically identify opportunities for GTM operational improvements.
  • Provide expert project management leadership on projects identified by GTM and/or executive leadership. 
  • Manage and communicate priorities and milestones for large projects and programs, and in most cases run individual programs coordinating business unit work streams. Includes managing priorities, plans, resource allocations, time and (as relevant) cost accounting, tasks, and milestones at a tactical level.
  • Establish and maintain consistent program/project management best practices, approaches, and delivery processes. Foster the program/project management knowledge, skills, and standards, often in partnership with other company PMs, to execute.

We are looking for someone who can credibly coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders aligning systems, tools, skills, and processes. We are specifically seeking someone who has experience managing projects and configuring enhancements for as a part go-to-market motion support. 


  • Scope, lead, and execute multiple large scale programs
    • Oversee and drive program/project execution from inception to delivery 
    • Manage cross functional stakeholder relationships and work streams
    • Manage the GTM integration for programs
    • Configure requirements and enhancements for and its support of our GTM motion as a part of strategic projects
    • Drive the execution and completion of programs/projects, ensuring appropriate depth and quality of technical and process design and implementation  
    • Create, maintain, and disseminate relevant project status information to stakeholders
    • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
  • Help build PMO best practices and drive operational excellence
    • Leverage industry best practices and tools in the execution of programs 
    • Drive innovation within ZoomInfo across the team


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of program and project management experience within hyper-growth GTM, Product, Marketing, or Sales/Account Management teams (within a SaaS company, preferred)
  • Knowledge of GTM processes and methodologies preferably Salesforce as a supporting technology for GTM motions
  • Strong business acumen and experience working in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.
  • Expert problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions

  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and highly skilled in visual presentation tools (PPT/Google Slides) and project management software (Smartsheet/Jira)
