- Understand the events landscape, competitor activities, and audience behaviors across our core product categories (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Talent)
- Develop events strategy, including translating company / marketing strategy into the best approach to grow pipeline and awareness (particularly in the enterprise) through events
- As part of this, clearly identify which events to create / attend, the key audience(s), relevant focus areas, and relevant tactics to ensure success
- Maximize pipeline / lead generation through events programs
- Run large scale events, trade shows, customer events, DreamForce experiences, user conferences and executive events
- Revamping our event game, and driving our brand recognition through events
- Sr. Director / Director experience
- Blend of vision and execution
- Detailed oriented and can execute, hold people accountable
- Corporate events experience, with strong preference for B2B
- Preferred experience with our target audiences: sales leaders / sales ops, marketing leaders (demand generation, campaigns, marketing operations), executives (CEO, CFO, CRO, CMO, CIO), operations / IT leaders, and HR / recruiting leaders
- Preferred experience selling into enterprise and with multi-product companies
