As the Senior Demand Generation Manager for, you will report to Senior Manager, Demand Generation is the No. 1 Conversation Intelligence Platform for high-growth sales teams. Founded in 2015,’s Conversation Intelligence Platform identifies and helps teams replicate the performance of top-performing reps by analyzing their sales meetings. These insights serve as the foundation of an effective coaching strategy for sales and customer success teams and provide insight into the voice-of-the-customer across the entire organization. Customers like Zoom, Qualtrics, Adobe, and GitLab ramp new hires to productivity 30-50% faster and see an increase in quota attainment from 20-to-100%.  And as of July 2021, is now a part of ZoomInfo family! The combination of Conversation Intelligence with ZoomInfo's best-of-breed account insights will create a modern go-to-market platform where intelligenceworkflow, and engagement technology combine to deliver pipeline and revenue generation through insight-driven automation.

 The responsibilities of this opportunity include:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs in paid media, SEM, SEO, email campaigns, webinars, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Support the distribution of content and event strategy in collaboration with Marketing Communications
  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive enterprise MQLs and sales pipeline
  • Design, build, maintain, and communicate digital marketing, campaign, and pipeline performance reports. Provide accurate analysis with thoughtful insights to get beyond just 'what happened' to 'why did it happen' and 'what should we do about it’
  • Form actionable recommendations to improve messaging, landing page, and ad testing and optimization
  • Partner with our revenue team to ensure quality lead delivery and timely follow-up
  • Support execution of account-based marketing strategy
  • Assist with quarterly and yearly strategic planning processes
  • Build a consistent feedback loop and drive continuous improvement in the lead hand-off processes in conjunction with Marketing Operations
  • Manage our website chat experience
  • Build and manage our emerging referral program

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 4-6 years experience in a B2B marketing role, SaaS a plus
  • 2+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience
  • Tactical experience with demand forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • A strong grasp of funnel reporting, as well as pipeline, conversion, and marketing attribution models
  • Experience in partnering with paid media and other demand generation vendors
  • Strong working knowledge of paid advertising (SEM, Disp, Paid Social, CTV, etc)
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to execute campaigns that resonate with buyer personas
  • A creative writer and content creator
  • Strong collaborative skills and characteristics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in service of effective collaboration 
  • Ability to articulate complex information in a simple form that is that is clear and understandable by a variety of stakeholders
  • An energetic, team-based attitude and ready to jump in to help wherever you can
