Product Owner – Coupa

ZoomInfo is seeking a full time Product Owner for Coupa. Ideal candidate would be an expert in Coupa Platform. The incumbent works in a global, cross-functional environment and designs, implements, modifies multiple custom or packaged applications and reporting tools. The incumbent must be resilient and flexible in response to a rapidly growing organization with changing business needs.


  • Document the requirement in clear and succinct way in User Stories
  • Ensure that all user stories have acceptance criteria defined
  • Participate with the development team and product in user acceptance testing
  • Work with cross-functional global teams in different timezones
  • You will establish foundation for future implementations and automation requirements in the environment
  • You will support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities, will work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables
  • Work on Coupa Roadmap/enhancements request
  • Present POCs to Business Stakeholders
  • Contribute to a strong stakeholder engagement
  • Configure Coupa Procurement & Coupa SIM to meet requirements of business
  • Work with a broad range of Enterprise Applications ( SAP being the primary ERP) roles to support complex opportunities with the appropriate skills, deliverables and outcome-based mindset


  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience required
  • Certified on the Coupa Platform (Preferable)
  • Experience or knowledge of working with Agile methodology, including creating stories in JIRA , working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Aptitude to work with business partners from different geographies to incorporate their short and long-term business needs.
  • Knowledge of SDLC framework to implement tools for initial go live, operational changes, break fixes, and maintenance releases.
  • Familiar with month end process in Finance
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Coupa Platform ( SIM, Procurement & Invoicing)
  • Must have experience in Coupa Administration & security role management & workflow creation
  • Person must have an excellent understanding of integrating various upstream and downstream enterprise applications to ensure relevant and accurate information is interfaced to intended systems.
  • Person should be hands-on doing configuration, functional and technical design for development.
  • A Person must possess soft skills to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders, peers, and subordinates to manage expectations and lead successful delivery.
