ZoomInfo is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to join our team of marketing professionals. With a focus on adding extra support and depth to our direct mail and corporate gifting programs, you will work closely to assist demand generation team leads and be part of cross-functional go-to-market teams.

As a Marketing Programs Manager at ZoomInfo you will:

  • Play a key role in coordinating, scaling, and perfecting our direct mail program and overall corporate gifting program
  • Play a lead role in project managing our pipeline acceleration motions
  • Become an expert user of our corporate gifting technology, and gain expertise in managing offers and content that drive outcomes in this channel
  • Take direction and prioritize various fast-moving tasks and projects with entrepreneurial enthusiasm
  • Work closely with the demand generation team on data quality tasks and segmentation strategies
  • Develop proficiency in monitoring KPIs and campaign funnel metrics
  • Collaborate with our design and content teams on asset spec and deliverables timing
  • Create and update process documentation

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience executing B2B marketing, campaigns, and projects 
  • Some experience working with a marketing database (marketing automation, CRM, etc.)
  • Experience using digital marketing tools
  • Experience in MS Excel and Google Suite
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and sales fundamentals
  • Outstanding written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Adept at translating feedback into action.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
  • Must be high energy, passionate, and have a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
