AVP, Channel Director Solution Ecosystem

The Mission of the ZoomInfo AVP – Solution Ecosystem, Integration, and OEM Alliances is to build, develop, and refine ZoomInfo’s global GTM strategy through Solution Ecosystem Partners (salesforce.com, Microsoft, Hubspot, Adobe, and others), Strategic Integration Partners (G2, SAP, others) and OEMs. 

You will grow, develop, manage, and lead a high-performance Channel Team to drive revenue generation through and with Solution Partners and their Ecosystems.  This may include creating joint GTM offerings with a comprehensive focus on the entire partner ecosystem: sales, marketing, professional services, infrastructure, operationalization, communications, program design, enablement, and partner management. 

Responsibilities

  • This will be a growth role with a primary focus on building a business for ZoomInfo through Solution Partner Ecosystem (SPE)
  • The objective will be to grow, develop, manage, and lead a high-performance Channel Team to drive revenue generation through and with Solution Partners and their Ecosystems, resulting in business expansion, growth, and net new ARR.
  • Accountable for managing your team's execution of the channel strategy, development  of partner business plan, defining cross-functional initiatives to deliver on the plan, and meeting targets for the partnership, including revenue, pipeline creation, partnership tiers, partnership health, and strategic objectives
  • It will be a role with significant cross-functional leadership requirements, including ZoomInfo teams (sales, product, engineering, delivery, customer success), partner teams (field sales and partnership org), and alignment with R&G or New Business Executive Leaders where appropriate
  • Set ZoomInfo's vision and value proposition in the SEP also with the participation of exec, sales, product, and delivery leadership
  • Drive creation of ZoomInfo client-facing sales materials for partnership offerings, including sales decks and partner marketing materials
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities, and lead your team in driving new business opportunities through the sales process — working collaboratively with ZoomInfo Sales, Partner Enablement, and other teams.
  • Monitor and manage performance metrics/measurement across the partnership portfolio
  • Maintain pipeline in Salesforce along with the support of Sales Operations
  • Ensure handling of contracting and related paperwork including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, etc., along with the opportunity owner and with the support of Sales Operations
  • Align with R&G to pursue opportunities for upselling and growth of the accounts
  • Align with new logo sales directors to pursue new logo opportunities
  • Align with other Platform Partner Programs for cross-agency sales pursuits and joint offering development

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in sales tech, digital market, marketing services industry, and/or strategic partnerships
  • 10+ years of experience in customer/partnership management
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Adobe, or Microsoft is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university. Masters degree is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win partnerships 
  • Ability to create new and creative partnership solutions and joint value propositions
  • Strong networking and influence management skills that translate into building commitment and driving actions across organizational boundaries
  • Ability to present to senior-level executives as well as run and facilitate strategic working sessions
  • Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and track record of delivering results

The US base salary range for this position is $177,000 – $185,625.00 + variable compensation + benefits. Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
