About the job

This position is needed to be the Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Twilio’s Messaging Workflow platform team.

Twilio’s SMS business is growing rapidly with a great many customers with differing needs and an ecosystem of many hundreds of providers around the world that are used to deliver messages. Our Messaging Workflow team is the core backbone of delivering messages to customers. It processes many billions of messages per month, requiring high scalability and reliability. Many other teams rely on integrating their services with the Messaging Workflow to deliver their features to customers.

We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to work with our product and engineering teams to plan and coordinate work to deliver this vision. This person will work with product managers, architects and engineering to define the plan and roadmap and help coordinate delivery of projects for this core platform.
