About the job

Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Sales Enablement Business Partner to cover one of our NAMER sales segments . This individual will be instrumental in helping identify and prioritize enablement and training gaps within one of the Twilio sales segment teams within the NAMER region and will need a deep understanding of our existing products (both current and upcoming) sales tools and processes. This individual will be responsible for giving our NAMER sales teams the tools, resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to accelerate ramp times, as well as improve overall effectiveness and efficiency to demonstrate differentiated value to our customers. They will be on point to drive, support, and execute numerous global enablement efforts based out of corporate


In this role, you’ll:

  • Cultivate close working relationships with the NAMER sales leadership team

  • Perform regular enablement events to support the onboarding and continued education of our sales team

  • Identify areas of skill which need developing in the Sales organization

  • Identify specific needs to be addressed on behalf of the Sales organization at the Global Sales events

  • Generate a community of learning in their segment of the Sales organization

  • 5+ years experience in Sales, Sales Enablement or corporate development. Experience in the technology industry, (Cloud, API’s, Communications or Enterprise software) is a plus

  • Background in learning theory, instructional design, and Active Learning techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills, analyzing Tableau reports and SFDC dashboards

  • Ability to coach sales reps on key skills and competencies and has facilitator mastery in a virtual or live setting 

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies

  • Can communicate effectively (written and verbally) with sales, marketing, and operations teams to find gaps in resources and training

  • Can assess and implement sales tools to facilitate the sales process

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.


  • Twilio Sales Experience, ideally in an AE role

  • Sales Coaching experience


This role will be remote, and based in the USA.

Approximately up to 20% travel is anticipated.

Colorado applicants: 

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $109,280 – $136,600
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
