Go Live Program Manager

Stripe’s Professional Services organization strives to accelerate our users’ achievement of their business outcomes through offerings ranging from custom, white glove engagements to self-service, curated portals. As a program manager in the Go Live Program Management Office (PMO) within Stripe Professional Services, you will drive activations of sold users, ensuring that all sold users experience optimal conditions for a successful launch.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage new data-driven programs and offerings to scale user activation for Stripe; liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure all of sales’ users get help during implementation and throughout their journey with Stripe
  • Design and execute campaigns around common user profiles or integration paths/solutions in coordination with marketing and other cross-functional teams
  • Develop, refine, and drive adoption of Go Live PMO processes based on region and segment-specific understanding of user needs
  • Build dashboards and analytics to monitor user progress from pre-sales through post-sales, on key success indicators for successful launch, in collaboration with data science and sales operations
  • Drive implementation of necessary internal systems changes to ensure optimal visibility into user implementation progress
  • Effectively present and communicate reporting, analysis, and recommendations to executive leaders, cross functional stakeholders, managers, and teammates to drive business decisions

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience at a technology company, with a track record of top performance
  • Experience in a data analytics role with experience navigating large data sets
  • Proficiency with SQL or other query languages
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort in operating in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence and drive change. Have effective project management, problem-solving, and analysis skills, combined with developed business judgment

Nice to haves:

  • Experience creating, launching, and running key customer or partner facing programs, especially in professional services organizations
  • Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
  • Prior experience in the payments industry
