As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will manage a team of world class recruiters in their pursuit to grow Spotify at lightning speed. We are looking for a dedicated people leader who can inspire our TA team to achieve, evaluate and measure work, and coach recruiters in their practice.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Support technical recruiters and their relationships with key business partners
  • Work closely with the TA Manager and HR to align your team’s progress to the overall strategic objectives
  • Create and implement world-class, global staffing processes and business strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes scale, quality and speed of hires
  • Nurture relationships with senior members of the business, and communicate progress towards hiring goals
  • Establish key performance metrics for the TA function, with the goal of creating an outstanding and purpose driven TA organization
  • Implement and promote Diversity and Inclusion programs in recruitment
  • Lead and inspire dedicated recruiters to deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical dimensions of the staffing strategy, updating the staffing status and ensuring tight alignment with the business plans
  • Design and support professional development plans, helping recruiters grow in their competence, and gain new skills

    Who you are

     

  • An experienced people leader, who thrives on mentoring and encouraging your team to success
  • Extensive experience as an in-house talent team leader, or at a recruitment / exec search firm
  • Demonstrated success in building out, leading, and developing teams of high-performing individuals
  • Experience working for a global company, preferably supporting hiring leaders at/in satellite offices (outside of the global headquarters.)
  • Demonstrable track record of developing recruiting professionals at all levels and in diverse business units
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends
  • Adept at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data
  • Ability to partner with a sophisticated set of stakeholders
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships; an ability to identify and galvanize a complex web of relationships and dependencies to holistically solve problems and seize opportunities.
