Want to be a part of building the future of the mobile experience at Spotify? The Holistic Experience and Design System is an outstanding, high-impact mobile team inside Spotify’s Experience mission.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to lead this dual mission team (both consumer and organization facing.) You’ll have an opportunity to define the vision for the UI and drive the holistic experience of Spotify forward. You’ll be also making design system decisions that are contextualized and validated in real-world use — contributing to making Spotify an appealing product for our diverse, global audience.
You’ll craft vision and strategy, identify tactics and help craft solutions, prioritize and measure and validate the success of your work. You’ll partner with a cross-disciplinary set of folks across the globe, working in a fast-paced environment, and hopefully have a lot of fun along the way.
It’s a very outstanding opportunity to work on both the end-user experience of our app, used by 300M+ listeners all over the world, as well as the underlying design system that powers it. Our approach brings cutting-edge thinking into the mobile UI field with what we refer to as “domain aware design systems.”

What you’ll do
Define a long term vision for our mobile app’s User Interface and visual language
Define a long term vision for our mobile design system product and encouraging mobile teams collaboration
Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions that will support the needs of our users and impact our goals/metrics
Define a roadmap for the squad with a good balance of end-user experience and mobile design system work
Use mixed-method approach to gain confidence in the changes we’re making in the app (quantitative and qualitative)
Be accountable for driving the adoption of our mobile design system
Who you are
You have experience working with agile development teams building world-class consumer products
You have a proven track record of taking new products to market
You can apply product management principles and methodologies to both consumer-facing problems as well as organizational ones
You’re familiar with, or eager to learn about inclusive product design & accessibility principles
You have experience working with data and insights to understand and measure your work
You know what makes a great user experience and love partnering with design, insights, and engineering to turn a vision into reality
You are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and advocating for the internal culture of design system collaboration
You have a growth mindset
You are driven to get stuff done, but with a collaborative approach. You understand that we don’t win unless the team wins, and you leave ego out of it

Where in the world? For this role, it can be within the EMEA region in which we have a work location and is within working hours.
Working hours? We operate within the Central European and GMT time zones for collaboration and ask that all be located that time zone.
