Spotify is seeking a Senior Ad Sales Systems Manager to join the newly established Systems & Tools team within the Advertising business unit. As a Senior Ad Sales Systems Manager, you will help drive the success of the Sales team by enabling powerful systems and tooling support for their business processes. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to identify and implement scalable automation solutions and will be the subject matter expert for prospecting, planning, order management, and reporting systems. You will play a key role to identify process gaps as well as recommend, develop, and implement system improvements that boost user efficiency and improve the efficacy of our sales technology stack. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Business Operations, Product and Engineering to identify and implement system improvements across our sales tooling ecosystem
  • Gather business requirements for improvement projects and translate into technical specifications for Engineering to build
  • Assist Product and Engineering teams with testing new system functionality and enhancements
  • Run CRM and/or 3P tooling implementation projects independently, with little guidance
  • Oversee the configuration and administrative support of our suite of sales tools, using data and user feedback to identify process improvements and system enhancements that drive user productivity and adoption
  • Function as a subject matter expert for tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, etc. and partner with Sales Training to help deliver timely best practice and systems knowledge to the Sales organization
  • Partner with offshore sales support agents as an escalation point to triage, route, and resolve support issues impacting our sales stack
  • Work with internal teams to establish processes which improve data integrity of all Salesforce objects; define best practices to help build increased seller productivity and system hygiene

    Who You Are

     

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Salesforce Admin certification required; Advanced Admin a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Dataloader tools
  • 7+ years of professional experience, preferably with experience in the Advertising industry
  • Expert presentation, preparation and delivery skills
  • Should be a proactive, self-starting, fast learning, detail-oriented team player who thrives with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
