We’re looking for a R&D Interview Program Manager to join our fast paced global talent acquisition team. The TA Operations team plays a crucial role in scaling what it means to recruit and be hired at Spotify. With Spotify in hypergrowth, this function aims to enable, empower, and remove roadblocks as we continue full speed ahead in our hiring efforts.
What you’ll do
Focus on building and optimizing a scalable and streamlined interview process for process for Engineering, product, Data Science, Design, and R&D leadership
Create and launch skills based interview training for engineering
Partner with Recruiters and the R&D community to improve the interview process
Measure the success of our efforts through funnel data, time spent, and quality of hire
Who you are
You have experience leading large scale program management at a tech company
You have 5+ years of Technical Recruiting or Human Resources experience
You are experienced in analyzing and reporting out on TA related data
You think about the big picture and return on investment on all project related efforts
You prioritize clear and concise communication
