The Publisher Solutions team provides breakthrough podcasting technology for advertisers and publishers through Megaphone. We connect publishers with tools to monetize premium audio and connect advertisers with unparalleled access to a diverse listenership. Spotify is looking for a Publisher Solutions Architect. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a close-knit and smart team of a rapidly growing product.
Megaphone gives our customers the smartest tools to publish, monetize, and measure their podcast business and with Spotify, through its multi-hundred million dollar ads business and ongoing investment in original audio content along with our publishing partners, has the outstanding opportunity to amplify and scale what’s phenomenal about podcasts!
What You’ll Do
Work alongside the Publisher Solutions Business Development team during client interactions from a technical sales engineering perspective.
Gain a Deep understanding of the Megaphone platform and how it can help partners
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrate the tools and functionality of the platform
Demonstrate the tools and functionality of the platform to prospective publishers
Work with Product and Tech to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues related to integration
Communicate our customer’s needs and priorities to Product and Engineering teams
Lead Custom Development programs and tasks
Lead conversations with Governing Bodies for certifications
Serve as the regional Technical Subject Matter Expert for all things Megaphone
Provide World Class technical services to Podcast Partners
Reports to Sr. Mgr. Global Publisher Solutions Architect
Who You Are
You have demonstrated ability working as a solutions architect or similar to enable customers success and adoption of a platform.
Can deliver complex information in an easy-to-understand way
Possesses technical and soft skills
Engage enthusiastically with customers to shape and communicate solutions, product cycles and strategic priorities.
Have a keen ability to simplify concepts, processes, and messaging for successful integrations
A strong understanding of the competitive marketing software space
Demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills
A great teammate with a proven ability to work cross functionally
You have an ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity.
