As a Global Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead, you will build a team of talent sourcers who design and implement scalable sourcing strategies that directly impact the flow of global talent across Spotify. In this role you’ll build effective relationships with leaders across the business, demonstrate your ability to innovate, and have a strong focus on our foundational remit while building and coaching your team.
You will empower your team to build relationships within the industry to identify the right talent and channels to target. Your team will cover the basics of recruiting, but more importantly, leverage your collective technical and business knowledge to develop meaningful sourcing strategies which promote various methods to source, evaluate, and ultimately hire the best Band members for Spotify.
What you’ll do
Lead a team of talent sourcers (full time and contract) to support our recruiting organization while maintaining a culture of excellence through guidance, mentorship and career development.
Build and execute strategies to identify and develop diverse pipelines of candidates by collaborating with our Recruiters and hiring managers, to critically assess talent markets.
Create and maintain measurements/reporting around output, the impact of sourcing methods in a rigorous, data-informed manner to drive recruiting process improvement.
As the foundation of the recruiting function, ensure a continuous flow of candidates that meets and contributes to Spotify’s next level of growth.
Who you are
Demonstrated success in building out, leading and developing teams of high-performing individuals.
Experience as a Sourcer and/or Sourcing Lead within a talent acquisition function, ideally as part of a large global organization supporting varied teams and functions.
Process-oriented, always looking for ways to utilize technology to its fullest extent and focusing on efficiencies / areas of improvement.
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships; an ability to identify and galvanize a complex web of relationships and dependencies to holistically solve problems and seize opportunities.
