Spotify is looking for an Enterprise Marketing Associate to support the execution of Spotify Advertising’s B2B marketing strategy for the SouthEast Asia (SEA) Region. This position is full time, based in Singapore, and will report into the Associate Marketing Manager, SEA.
As the Enterprise Marketing Associate for SEA, you will be responsible for delivering B2B marketing programs that both build awareness of Spotify Advertising, and educate / inspire enterprise media agencies and brands towards booking campaigns on Spotify. The role incorporates all aspects of B2B enterprise marketing including digital, social and experiential extensions. Working closely with sales stakeholders in the region and with other Enterprise Marketing team members globally, you will support the development, communication, and execution of the local B2B marketing strategy in efficient and scalable ways, for the key markets across SouthEast Asia.
We are looking for an energetic, creative marketer, with a background in B2B marketing, and experience in the SEA media & advertising industry. The candidate must be resourceful, organised and able to take ownership and develop well-defined processes to enable effective campaign rollouts. Experience working in global organisations will be highly regarded, especially media owners / publishers or platforms with advertising services!
What You’ll Do
Identify in-market challenges and support the delivery of marketing programs to drive education and inspiration around the Spotify Advertising offering within SouthEast Asia’s largest media and advertising agencies.
Adapt, localise, key sales collateral for the SEA advertising sales team, including the development of new sales collateral and content pieces. This will involve ensuring narratives are consistent with the global Spotify Advertising story but culturally relevant to SEA markets through local data and insights.
Writing and developing local success stories / case studies.
Coordination of virtual or in-person events, and managing day to day communications with local events partners / agencies.
Understanding of digital marketing campaigns, and how to partner with local agencies to deliver them.
Support any partnerships with key local industry events and trade organisations in SEA, in order to increase Spotify’s industry presence through sponsorship, speakerships, activations and attendance.
Reporting and measurement of marketing activities, and upkeep of the marketing budget and ensure PO and marketing budget is adhered and tracked internally
Work closely with the Associate Marketing Manager in building processes and streamlining efforts across the SEA region to identify challenges and provide solution that align to Spotify Advertising value proposition
Who You Are
At least 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, Strategic marketing, Marketing Services or a related field within SEA, ideally from the technology, advertising, or media industry.
Experience in a similar B2B marketing role at a media owner / publisher or platform would be highly regarded.
Business level fluency in English, and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Speaking South East Asian language (Bahasa or Tagalog) is a plus
A clear understanding of the SEA advertising and media landscape, including media agencies and their objectives.
Knowledge of digital and social marketing channels.
Experience working both locally and internationally; working both autonomously, as part of a small nimble team, and cross-functionally with different departments.
Exceptional project management skills and event planning, highly organised, focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage and adhere to a budget, as well as negotiate vendor rates.
Experience in using Salesforce/Pardot for marketing attribution.
Strong G-suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Keynote skills, to craft sales materials / collateral, and manage projects.
Photoshop and Illustrator for design support is a plus.
You will likely travel to overseas (up to 30%)
