We are looking for an ambitious and energetic professional to join our Pricing & Inventory team. We work across our Global AdSales organization to deliver world-class pricing solutions that deliver the highest yield for our inventory set. This role will report into the Head of Pricing and supports the Ads Revenue organisation to ensure they close deals that maximise long-term revenue. The role is highly cross-functional, working across Product marketing, Sales leadership, Product and Operations to ensure our products are priced & executed appropriately.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: seller & management reporting, deal approvals, pricing new ad offers, revenue reporting, and sales operations. You will help accelerate revenue through identification of levers and bottlenecks to leadership all within the framework of an ever-changing revenue landscape. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for yield management across all of our various channels and formats for European markets to maximize our ads monetization strategies.
Partner with Finance to develop revenue targets & forecasts
Build, implement, and enforce operational practices to enhance the pitch-to-pay process
Create and maintain specific client & agency upfront pricing agreements
Manage rate cards and deal approvals
Develop a collaborative working partnership with sellers
Partner with Sales to help drive monetization initiatives while building the strategy and own reporting for Sales leadership
Team up with Pre and Post Sale teams to ensure proper forecasting, pricing and yield maximization across campaigns and products
Who you are:
You have 2-3 yrs + experience in Digital Advertising Pricing & Inventory roles, and a great passion for the data and insights that they unlock
A proven record of driving results and implementing strategies that drive growth, optimize monetization, and accurately report on business performance
Great communication skills across multiple stakeholders
A passion for working in an ever-changing environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
