Spotify is seeking a Business Development Coordinator. In this role, you’ll help craft the future of Spotify’s advertising business by supporting key business development programs that help us scale & optimize our global advertising business.
What You’ll Do
Support the Partner Program Manager with multiple programs within the Ads BD and Partnership team
Own coordination of team information gathering and maintain internal team initiatives to create a more robust structure
Support recurring team meetings, craft agendas, and ensure all tasks that require regular updates/follow ups are executed successfully
Help build materials for team initiatives like All Hands, QBRrs, and Newsletters
Manage team wide communication via all distribution channels (email, slack, Workplace)
Who You Are
You have a minimum of 1+ years work experience in the Advertising, Ad Tech, Finance, or Media industries
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint Skills
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize projects
Excellent written and verbal communicatorAbility thrive in a fast-paced environment and create clarity and organization amidst uncertainty
