  • Required coursework: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
  • The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust, unique 1:1 campaigns.      
  • Attention to detail, strong project management and time management skills   
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful and get-it-done results orientation   
  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
  • Experience with online and offline marketing programs with knowledge of current trends, media and tools   
  • Prior experience using Adobe creative suite, Excel, CRM, or equivalent tools  


  • How to scale account based marketing programs and to work cross functionally (with sales, field marketing, partner marketing and sales development teams) 
  • Including Tailored messaging by account and target audience  
    • Targeted advertising and paid social 
    • Multi-threaded custom digital landing pages  
    • Account-specific research, events, prospecting and follow up in coordination with x-functional teams  
  • Develop a deep understanding of operational processes within a marketing org
  • How to contribute to and be part of an integral part of campaign development and creation.
