About the Role: Interested in joining a top-notch marketing team? We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, A-player who loves a fast-paced, high performing environment and thrives on results. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of multiple large scale, high-impact programs that support our go-to-market strategy. You should be creative, results oriented, relentlessly focused on the customer and passionate about building compelling messages. You will report out on program impact to key stakeholders and partner with teams across the organization.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across executive leadership, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Business Operations, and requires strong communication skills — both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Enterprise and Majors sales teams to lead an account-based and regional marketing strategy that delivers pipeline to the business
- Plan and execute integrated programs that can be scaled globally while also providing focused support to the region
- Drive business impact by actively problem-solving Sales team’s challenges
- Deliver robust event programming & experiences that are recognized as exceptionally high quality at scale
- Achieve marketing KPIs and support sales & growth objectives; measure and provide closed-loop reporting on critical metrics across programs
- Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously with flawless execution; above and beyond specific program deliverables
- Manage event budget; evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of experience in field or event marketing
- 4+ years of marketing for B2B high-tech products/solutions
- Able to travel up to 25% of the time; US Based
- Attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional work are part of your personal philosophy
- Executive presence and strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
- Self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within project teams and the company at large
- Strong leadership and influencer skill set; ability to quickly get to the heart of a problem and mobilize the right people to solve it
- Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
- Bachelor’s degree or higher

At Samsara, we have adopted a flexible way of working, enabling teams and individuals to do their best work, regardless of where they’re based. We value in-person collaboration and know a change of scenery and quiet space to work is welcomed from time to time, but also appreciate that the world of work has changed. Our offices remain open for those who prefer to collaborate or work in-office, but we also encourage fully remote applicants.
