Sr Talent Partner, Sales (Sales Recruiter)

About the position:

Rubrik is looking for a Sr Talent Partner to support our North American Sales Organization.  This person will own full cycle recruiting for our sales organization (SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Mgt, Sales Engineers, Channel etc).  As this person grows, they will have plenty of opportunity to take on additional teams to full cycle recruit for.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a solid foundation in sales recruiting and is looking to take it to the next level.  We are looking for someone who is highly motivated that can navigate the demands of building out the fiercest sales organization in the market.  We need a self-starter who is eager to learn fast, will grind it out daily and is passionate about scaling an organization. 

Your role:

  • Focus on full cycle sales recruiting with a major focus on sourcing & screening top passive talent for our North American sales organization
  • Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional team members (HR, Finance, Sales Ops) to build, identify & execute hiring plans.
  • Ensure a high touch candidate & hiring manager experience from beginning to end
  • Prioritize bringing candidates from diverse backgrounds into our hiring process and making sure our hiring processes are inclusive and welcoming.
  • Update Greenhouse (ATS) and pipeline reports daily with proper forecast close dates and candidate pipelines
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing tools including Linkedin Recruiter, TopFunnel & ContactOut

About you:

  • 3+ years of sales sourcing or recruiting experience in a software sales environment.
  • Agency recruiting experience a huge plus but not required
  • Fearless – someone who has professional outreach & follow-up prospecting skills, able to pick up the phone, cold call passive top talent and convince them to consider opportunities at Rubrik
  • Driven – need for success, highly energetic with a strong hands-on, “can do” approach.
  • Entrepreneurial – willing to go the extra mile (war level), strong work ethic, resourceful, “get it done” attitude
  • Strives in moving in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of business acumen and experience working with leadership & decision-making personnel
  • Smart, resourceful, adaptable and open-minded
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • Ultimate team player, no jerk attitude
