Senior Project Manager, Cloud Alliance Operations

Our Cloud Alliances organization, led by our President, is one of the most dynamic and critical growth levers for Rubrik. Our cloud alliances GTM team’s charter is to create scalable, go to market strategies that deepen our engagement with cloud alliance partners. Your work will directly and visibly contribute to our company’s growth. You will be tasked with managing our executive sponsorship program with our Cloud Alliance partners that will have an immediate impact on Rubrik’s growth. We expect you to work collaboratively with Sales leaders across Rubrik and our Cloud Alliance partners to drive monthly meetings with these leaders –  building the agenda, preparing for the meetings and ultimately driving the outcome from these meetings. This role is high visibility and high impact, and you will be designing this executive program from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Program managing our executive sponsorship program with our Cloud Alliance partner
  • Manage relationship with senior leaders across our key alliance partners and work with them to increase Rubrik’s presence within their business units
  • Building and owning relationships with sales leaders to guide them on their exec sponsorship engagement opportunities
  • Drive pivotal initiatives including pipeline management and country-specific go-to-market plans
  • Work cross-functionally to drive outcomes from sponsorship meetings across Alliances, Marketing and Sales teams.

Experience you’ll need:

  • BA/BS degree, top MBA preferred but not required.
  • 5-6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations or corporate strategy
  • Exceptional time management and program management 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated record of driving successful outcomes by partnering with x-functional teams at B2B companies
