Lead Finance Developer

Rubrik is seeking a Lead Developer reporting to the Director of IT (Finance Systems). As an IT Lead – Finance Systems, you will be involved in managing the Finance platforms of Rubrik that will include handling technologies and supporting functions related to AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, and Expense Management. The role will also involve significant development activities in Oracle Netsuite.

Where you can make an impact

  • Deep understanding of financial business processes.
  • Effective liaison with business functional teams (Procurement, Travel and Expense Management, Revenue Recognition) and the onsite Product managers
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, and lead the solution design.
  • Assist developers with development of solutions on Oracle Netsuite.
  • Conduct workshops to optimize and automate business processes

What skills are required

  • 8 – 10 years in relevant experience in related technologies and roles (Oracle Finance, SAP Finance or Oracle Netsuite)
  • Experience with supporting/managing accounting functions in Oracle ERP, such as GL, AP, and AR
  • 4+ years or more of strong Oracle Netsuite development Experience

Prior experience in implementing Oracle Netsuite will be a huge plus

Prior experience in Coupa and Adaptive will be good but not mandatory

Prior experience of working on NetSuite ARM module will be an added advantage

  • Experience in Project Accounting modules, Experience with Self-Service Procurement and Purchasing modules, managerial, financial accounting planning and reporting (Accruals, Balance Sheet, P&L)
  • Certifications in Oracle Netsuite are a huge plus.
  • Experience in Procurement and Expense Management Systems, integrating with Banks, Payment Gateways
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong written and verbal communication skills and eagerness to mentor junior staff
  • Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of projects
