Marketing Programs Specialist 

Rubrik's EMEA Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist to help take our demand generation efforts to new heights. 

You're the ideal candidate if you see marketing opportunities constantly in the world around you and apply the lessons on the job to deliver standout demand generation  programs. You're a highly creative strategist as much as an execution powerhouse. You use hard data and strategic insights to make informed decisions and calculated bets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support a variety of innovative multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand for our Go-to-Market Campaigns, including webinars, call out days, paid emails and meeting makers. 
  • Evaluate, iterate and improve on your programs through regular measurement and optimisation.
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the Global Campaigns and EMEA Field Marketing Teams to drive end-to-end program results.
  • Streamline and simplify processes to drive frictionless, uncompromisingly simple campaign execution.
  • Build strong interlock with the EMEA inside sales team.

Experience you'll need: 

  • 2+ years experience in high growth, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong track record of driving rapid lead and revenue growth through creative and effective marketing programs.
  • Project management skills with superb attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills and constant drive to optimise ROI. 
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate constructively across teams and functions.
  • Nice to Have: knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM such as Marketo, Salesforce, Splashthat, GotoWebinar.
