Position: Digital Marketing Associate

Reports To: Director, Marketing

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Overview

This Marketing Associate role is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities for Reveal with a focus on digital channels. They understand the extensive details of marketing and are familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. The Digital Marketing Associate will help collect data, forecast trends, and assess customer satisfaction. Successful Digital Marketing Associates possess excellent analytical and numerical skills and are deeply creative with great problem-solving skills.

From your seat in our beautiful new office in downtown Chicago, you will have access to many teammates to help respond to clients timely.  Our office is in the heart of the loop with very convenient access to all major public transportation lines. Please note that we are onsite with a traditional five-day workweek schedule. This is a fully in-person role.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Measure digital traffic and prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Research advertising trends.
  • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing, sales activities, pricing, and products.
  • Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
  • Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings).
  • Publish digital marketing content online.
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns and website using SEO and other tools.
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
  • Effectively manage daily administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material.
  • Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events.
  • Assist with organizing promotional events.
  • Assist with executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.



  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills both written and oral.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or related field.
  • Bachelors in Marketing, or another related field.
  • Possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
  • Working knowledge with HubSpot.
  • Computer skills experience, including MS Excel, Google analytics, and Google Adwords.
  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns.
