The Senior Specialist, Partner Field Marketing customizes marketing and growth plans for essential partner accounts, applying marketing experience to create clear, quantifiable partner growth goals. You are an advocate for partners within Relativity and an advocate for Relativity to partners. The Senior Specialist will also create and lead many marketing plans that help grow revenue through the partner channel.
Your Role in Action
Create creative and unique ideas for marketing tactics that promote growth for partners and harmonize with other Relativity marketing teams’ activities, advocating for partner inclusion in these activities
Manage overall co-marketing strategy for select partners, assisting in the development of integrated marketing campaigns, go-to-market planning, and regular marketing reviews, with a focus on helping partners move prospects through their sales funnels to promote growth with Relativity
Work with channel sales and customer success teams to further develop partner relationships and assure partner co-marketing strategy aligns with partner success plans
Instrumental in taking enablement plans to partners, communicating how these programs benefit the partner, and driving usage
Develop partner marketing support on a 1:many level, including process improvement, how-to guides and through-partner campaigns
Create and encourage use of through-partner marketing campaigns and programs to extend and amplify Relativity important go-to-market messages while helping partners move prospects through the sales funnel
Provide product and industry insights to shape partners’ go-to-market approach, and gather insights from partners to inform Relativity’s partner marketing, sales enablement, and product marketing efforts
Work with other marketing teams to ensure the value of engaging with partners, regardless of path to purchase, is communicated in messaging and content for customers and prospects
Support partner co-selling efforts, providing guidance on co-sell readiness, messaging and materials to partners and educating Relativity sales teams on partner co-sell best fit
Support Relativity’s competitive intelligence and market validation projects by leading related discussions with partner accounts
6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including experience in a field, partner or channel marketing role
Background supporting partner ecosystems and partner programs within the SaaS industry—specifically with channel or reseller partnerships as opposed to alliances or technology partnerships
Experience performing and measuring marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, including marketing communications, content creation, and channel marketing tactics
Grow successful 1:1 marketing programs to partner ecosystem to increase impact and results
Understanding of sales cycles and processes
The ability to assess challenges in the business, propose solutions, and build plans to address issues
Expertise building relationships with partners, clients, or other external partners in a consultative, role
