Relativity is looking for a Diversity Recruitment Business Partner who will create the strategy for how we will supercharge our diversity hiring efforts. This person will work closely with entire Global Talent Acquisition team and key business stakeholders to ensure we are proactively building rich, diverse, talent pipelines, particularly for our leadership roles to make Relativity the most inclusive employer in the USA.
This role will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and you will have complete ownership of Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment Strategies, and their success.

Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Identify diversity partnership organizations to support community outreach
  • Actively targeting diverse talent for key roles, particularly leadership/executive hiring
  • Support talent pool creation for core skillsets and ongoing recruitment efforts
  • Advocates, educates and influences business to further Relativity diversity recruitment strategies, processes and philosophy and ultimately covert more diverse talent at interview stage
  • Recruitment Marketing

  • Plan effectively for relevant events, including all promotional material
  • Create brand guidelines for recruitment marketing assets including visual and text based
  • Review online channels for diverse hiring success and recommending alternatives
