Director of Product Marketing

Redox is on a mission to remove friction in the adoption of healthcare technology. We are widely recognized as the industry leader in exchanging complex healthcare data and handle more than 12 million patient records per day. Last year we raised a $45M Series D round led by Adams Street Partners to fuel our continued growth. Redox has been a distributed company since 2014 and we know how to do remote work right.

Redox is looking for a Product Marketing Leader to help us deliver on our mission to enable the frictionless adoption of technology in healthcare. In this role, you’ll drive the success of Redox’s full suite of products throughout their lifecycle including helping shape new products, driving launch and commercialization and growing adoption post-launch.


Our ideal Director of Product Marketing:


  • Is an excellent storyteller, adept at cutting through complex technical concepts to communicate value to target audiences.
  • Combines user data and analytics to generate thoughtful points of view for how to take products to market.
  • Isn’t afraid to rock the boat and try things that are not commonplace in Healthcare or haven’t been tried before at Redox in the interest of moving us forward.
  • Is adept at working across the company with the goal of moving the product forward at high velocity.
  • Is highly organized and capable of keeping highly interdependent, complex projects and workstreams on track.

    As a Director of Product Marketing, your responsibilities will include:


  • Hire and grow an A+ team of Product Marketers and Pricing / Packaging Managers.
  • Lead our evolution to a multi-product company.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with a range of cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product management, finance and operations to develop and execute go-to-market strategy.
  • Create and maintain key assets such as user / buyer personas and competitive battlecards.
  • Drive ongoing analysis of pricing, competition and win/loss to optimize our product offerings as needed.

    To be successful in the role, your work experience should include:


  • 15+ years of relevant work experience
  • 10+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS settings with that include a sales team
  • Experience owning or leading pricing and packaging
