The Challenge

The Qualtrics Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced product marketing leader to drive our GTM, positioning, and vision for our platform, the XM Operating System (XM/OS). XM/OS is the backend technology that powers every Qualtrics product and solution to deliver highly differentiated value to our customers. Three core components make up the XM/OS, Experience ID, a connected and intelligent system to personalize experience at scale, iQ, an advanced AI-powered analytics suite, and xFlow, a native workflow orchestration engine. 

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of B2B Marketing experience, a solid understanding of core product marketing, experience working directly with product teams and technical products, and brings excellent storytelling. In this role you will own end-to-end GTM for XM/OS, define and evolve XM/OS messaging and positioning, drive adoption across the platform, turn “product speak” to “value speak” to enable our internal teams, and develop inspiring stories. You will bring a high degree of emotional intelligence, an ability to influence across teams and organizational boundaries, a self-starter approach and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. 

The Expectation for Success

Qualtrics PMMs are responsible for GTM leadership for their line of business, defining strategic direction, and driving execution to achieve long-term business goals. Success will be measured in tangible terms – adoption, GTM team confidence, or other metrics directly impacted by your marketing activities. You will be expected to know the platform deeply and technically so that can you define and communicate a clear, differentiated, defensible GTM strategy. You’ll be customer-obsessed, strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative with the following primary responsibilities:

  • Own operational cadence with Platform Product Management and act as thought partner in feature development 
  • Lead and develop usage and adoption marketing strategy across XM/OS
  • Own messaging, positioning, and value prop for entire XM/OS portfolio of products 
  • Develop and execute best-in-class marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of XM/OS 
  • Support sales and pre-sales teams with pitch decks, competitive analysis, one-pagers, customer stories
