The Opportunity & Position

The Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst acts as a consultant to both sales and company leadership. You are responsible for providing a wide range of strategic, analytical, and operational support across multiple global regions and sales teams. In this role you will be responsible for solving complex problems and generating data-driven insights that directly impact revenue and solve pain points within the sales ecosystem. 

A Day in the Life

  • Partner with sales leadership to improve overall sales processes and revenue generation
  • Own end-to-end problem solving efforts from the discovery & exploration phase through to implementation
  • Lead strategic projects cross-functionally across multiple groups and/or global regions
  • Transform complex data sets into actionable insights using MySQL, Python, R, etc.
  • Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis leading to actionable insights
  • Craft evidence to support a point of view, draw definitive conclusions and effectively present findings in written and verbal formats
  • Build, maintain, and present KPI reporting on an ongoing basis to executive leadership
  • Lead key discussions to gather critical insights across multiple business units 
  • Proactivley work with internal stakeholders to prioritize needs and/or requests on a weekly basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Math, Business Strategy, or other quantitative major.
  • 1-2 years of experience in some combination of data science, statistical modeling and business analytics.
  • Strong group presentation skills – must be able to convey complex information to a broad audience confidently and articulately.
  • Experience delivering against multiple priorities simultaneously along with strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record at learning and adapting quickly.
