Sales Support Team Lead


The Challenge

The Qualtrics Research Services Team is one of the largest and most consistent single-team contributors to Qualtrics’ overall revenue. Our biggest challenge is the need to hire top talent at an aggressive rate in order to keep up with the incredible growth of our business unit.


Qualtrics is looking for a detail-oriented leader who specializes in multi-tasking and organization to assist in leading out the RS Deal Support Team. The team consists of individuals who offer operational support to our entire Research Services Sales Org and help maintain SOX compliance for the Sales Organization.


The Expectation for Success

As an RS Deal Support Support Lead, you will help establish processes and make improvements to our operational case system. You will manage and guide employees through 1:1s, coaching and shadowing sessions and help them progress here at Qualtrics.


As a lead, you should be able to keep multiple career tracks for your team in mind and assist employees of varying levels in their career growth. You will also need to be familiar with Research Services Teams and functions so that you can assist in creating a working rhythm for the team that pairs with all our other departments. 


A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with Delivery and Sales Leaders to maintain and improve upon partnerships between teams.
  • Oversee Operational Case System and help team members manage workloads by coaching and offering training on management and organization.
  • Meet with junior Sales Support reps weekly in 1:1s to discuss career trajectory, sales relations and partnerships, work life balance, performance, etc.
  • Continue to identify process inefficiencies and improvements that can be made the case system and how our team interacts with other departments
