The Challenge

The Qualtrics Product Marketing team is looking for a product marketing leader to develop our GTM strategy for our Ecosystem Platform including leading joint GTM with our top strategic Partners and GSIs, launching key integrations with ISVs, and building out our Developer audience and community. Having created one of the fastest growing application categories in Enterprise SaaS, we are now on a mission to build an ecosystem of GSIs, Partners and Developers who can leverage our Qualtrics XM platform to provide unique solutions for our diverse customers.  

The ideal candidate has at least 12 years of B2B Marketing experience with an emphasis on Partner and GSI relationships, core product marketing proficiency, experience leading GTM for technical integrations, joint packaging and resale motions, developing powerful storytelling and driving integrated go-to-market motions. In this role you will support building out a critical revenue stream in driving strategic GTM with our Ecosystem including GSIs, ISVs, OEM Partners. You’ll own end-to-end GTM, work closely with Product and Ecosystem to develop strategic partnerships, integrate releases with relevant lines of business, drive enablement across all GTM functions including Sales, CS, Delivery, and Partner teams, develop joint campaigns, deepen relationships and leading out on our developer audience launches and narrative. You will bring a high degree of emotional intelligence, experience leading a team, ability to influence across teams, leaders and organizational boundaries, a self-starter approach and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. 

The Expectation for Success

Qualtrics PMMs are responsible for full-stack GTM leadership for their line of business or product, defining strategic direction, and driving execution to achieve long-term business goals. Success will be measured by influenced ecosystem revenue and platform adoption. You will be expected to know the Ecosystem platform motions deeply and technically so that you can define and communicate a clear, differentiated, defensible GTM strategy. You’ll be customer-obsessed, strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative with the following primary responsibilities:

  • Own messaging, positioning, and differentiated value prop development along with high quality collateral, field enablement and training materials for joint GSI, ISV, Partner motions and our extensibility and integrations capabilities for the Developer Audience
  • Partner closely with Product and the Ecosystem team to prioritize key revenue driving partnerships and develop and execute a GTM motions against them
  • Own and lead launches across the Ecosystem Platform including development and integration of key narratives across major marketing moments 
  • Build close relationships with Partners and Customers to influence and communicate Product roadmap
  • Own and drive consistent and clear enablement across Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Partner organizations including development of pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards etc. 
  • Become a SME of the Ecosystem Platform enabling line-of-business PMMs with necessary collateral to understand the innovation and integrate it into their GTM motions where relevant
  • Develop, manage and execute on a strategic pipeline of Ecosystem Partner and Customer references
  • Partner with PR to keep a consistent and engaging drumbeat for the Ecosystem Platform 
  • Develop strategy and partner with Web teams to update or develop all relevant web pages  
  • Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends, customer and partner needs and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace

 

Compensation Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $119K – 217K per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
