The Expectation for Success

  • Solicitor qualified to practice in Ireland, the UK or other European country.
  • 3 – 9 years relevant PQE.
  • Significant experience in employment law and handling employment issues across various jurisdictions across EMEA.
  • Ownership, ownership, ownership.
  • Very talented and dedicated lawyer with whom everyone loves working.

  • Experience in data protection and privacy matters. 
  • Technical knowledge or background.

A Day in the Life

  • Advise the business and company leaders on all employment matters for the EMEA region
  • Draft and revise employment related agreements and policies.
  • Proactively advise the business on employment/labour law updates affecting Qualtrics
  • Create and deliver training programs.
  • Act as a partner and informal mentor to the paralegals on the team.
  • Identify and implement methods for improving and streamlining existing processes.
  • Create and roll out long-term legal strategies and new processes.
