  • Managing a high standard of ‘in-office experience’ for all Plaid employees 
  • Supporting Plaid’s return to office programming
  • Promote the Plaid office, experience, culture, and community in person and virtually
  • Supporting Plaid’s guest and front desk services including shipping and receiving
  • Assisting and supporting employees via slack and Jira tickets
  • Assisting on various office-related projects – including office construction projects, re-designs, and general workspace maintenance
  • Ensuring a high standard of maintenance, repair, and functionality
  • Working with the team to refine and expand our existing programs: food service program, cleaning services, security, and other vendor relationships
  • Manage coordination, budget, POs, and contracts for associated service providers and services
  • Oversee collaboration tools, meeting spaces, and provide event support as needed

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a quickly growing company
  • Solid understanding of office, facilities, budget, and vendor management
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experienced technical literacy including G Suite, Slack, Jira, and Envoy
  • Experience with work ticketing and organization systems
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to think on your feet
  • Proven track record of being proactive and anticipating the needs of others
  • Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
  • Outstanding organization, documentation, and attention to detail
