Plaid’s People + Recruiting Analytics Team is focused on leveraging data to uncover insights to make Plaid the place you can do your best work. We do so by using reporting, analytics, & people-focused solutions to support our business, enable growth, and help employees to be successful.
As an early member of the Recruiting Analytics team, you will help influence the vision and build the future of Plaid’s Recruiting analysis & insights foundation from the ground up. You will partner with a diverse cross-functional team to identify business needs, understand current state systems, construct actionable reporting, and build analyses to inform business & recruiting decisions. Track record of working with stakeholders, listening to their questions/challenges, and taking a data driven approach to solutioning
Very close eye to data accuracy and ability to identify and implement solutions to data challenges
Strong experience with SQL and building dashboards
Experience building data models (Excel/Google Sheets), conducting analyses, and surfacing actionable insights
Building strong partnerships, influencing decisions, and communicating complex reports/analyses in a clear and concise manner across technical and non-technical audiences
5+ years of experience in the Recruiting Analytics space specifically.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience
Bonus points if you’ve helped take a company public and worked in Recruiting Analytics
