We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help us launch and scale our newest innovations in the payments space. As a Product Marketing Manager on our Transfer and Payments products team, you will work directly with an experienced Product Management team, and cross functional teams to achieve product-market-fit with our beta customers and launch the product to all customers. The ideal candidate needs to be highly strategic, have an in-depth understanding of the payments industry, and have a customer mindset. They would need to be able to work across multiple cross functional teams.

  • Collaborating with Product Managers, marketing channels, Sales, Design, PR and engineering to build innovative products
  • Developing a clear understanding of complex systems to create solutions and find simple ways to communicate them to customers 
  • Developing go-to-market strategies and driving launches for new products and features
  • Becoming an expert in our products and product roadmap to clearly communicate them to customers and partners
  • Managing customer engagement and feedback, collateral development, and scaled customer communication
  • Drawing customer insights, framing experiments, and driving business decisions
  • Working in a fast pace, ambiguous environment with a lean, collaborative team
