Managing + mentoring POD-Team
Shape, influence and lead an evolving People & Org. development function at a hyper Growth companyDefine and implement People Development strategy at Plaid: includes leadership-, manager-, IC/Skill-, Career and team development
Define and implement Talent Management programs in partnership with HRBP lead, programs like: Performance management, Employee engagement, Succession Planning, and Talent reviews
Define/Implement a new Plaid onboarding program
Guide, mentor and develop a high performing team – continue to scale the team based on business objectives
Supporting Business leaders & managers
Thought partner for business leaders in establishing strong learning cultures in their teams Leadership coachingSupport Xfunctional work on our People team

Experience in a public company or IPO experience
Strong org design experience
Data-driven: uses data analysis to help solve problems and utilize data and report to influence stakeholders to drive action
Managed and redesigned performance cycles and employee engagement surveys
