Plaid’s Developer Relations team creates content that ensures developers have a great experience integrating the Plaid APIs. And we work with the product team to deliver on that promise. We focus on developer education, enablement, and brand via the three pillars of code, content, and community. We also own developer-facing docs, social media, YouTube, and other channels.
As the Developer Relations Lead, you will evolve and operationalize Plaid’s Developer strategy and directly manage the DevRel team. This includes setting direction and areas of focus at the team level and influencing developer strategy cross-functionally at the company level. More tactically, you will be define DevRel’s mid- to long-term strategy to keep pace with a high-growth organization and a fast growing product portfolio
You will be partnering closely with other teams who work on our Developer surface areas to provide a holistic developer perspective, ensuring a best-in-class developer experience. You will be critical in scaling our developer strategy.
