The Enterprise Sales team in Benelux is in high growth mode!
Okta’s Benelux sales organisation is a small but mighty team of entrepreneurial and driven sales professionals leading the expansion of Okta in the Benelux countries and positioning us as a market leader. In doing so they are leveraging Okta’s existing customer references, marketing programs, partner base and ISV & alliance relationships. Due to our success in the region we are looking to grow our presence in the Netherlands further!
The Director, Enterprise Sales, position is based nominally in Amsterdam, however candidates from across the NL will be welcome, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, hiring, and mentoring a team of NL Enterprise sales account executives to exceed their sales annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals and build sustainable, repeatable pipeline.
We are looking for a strong sales leader to report into our RVP, Benelux and Nordics, and focus on building an extraordinary sales team. This leader will focus on coaching and developing the team to ensure their success through skill development, adherence to activity standards, providing inspiration, and building a highly empowered, diverse, constructive sales culture.
The Enterprise team is focused on large accounts across multiple industry verticals. Our Account Executives are responsible for maintaining high activity standards; daily prospecting, pipeline growth, prospect qualification, and delivering assigned quarterly ARR targets.
