Okta is looking for an Enablement Operations Program Manager to support the GTM Enablement Team. The ideal candidate has experience managing field enablement programs, specifically the development and launch of training programs for GTM productivity tools. Reporting to the Director or Enablement Operations & Communications, you’ll work closely with the GTM Enablement team as well as various stakeholders across Sales Ops, Business Systems, and Product Marketing. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and own key GTM enablement programs for the sales tech stack.
  • Utilize data and feedback on system use to ensure field teams are equipped with resources, content, and training that increases adoption of each tool therefore improving productivity.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and the Systems Enablement team to build, manage, and execute enablement plans that drive awareness for the sales tech stack.
  • Create and document program management processes that are consistent with current content creation guidelines.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on programs and processes. 
  • Identify skill gaps and develop plans to address those gaps accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Program Manager to ensure systems and tools are included in learning paths and updated on a regular basis.
  • Track and prioritize inbound requests for systems and tool enablement.
  • Design and produce succinct and consistent written and visual communications tailored to the appropriate audiences. This includes, but is not limited to, newsletters, emails, presentations, etc.

Job Requirements – The Experience You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 5+ years of experience managing field enablement projects and programs in a mid to large size company; preferably within the Enterprise software space.
  • Prior experience developing and launching training curriculum for GTM productivity tools including but not limited to: Salesforce, People.ai, Gong, Clari, Sales Navigator, and Outreach. *Please be prepared to submit examples of work. 
  • Prior experience managing projects using Asana, Google Suite and Zoom webinars. 
  • Demonstrated ability working well under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced environment and staying flexible through growth and change.
  • Open to new ideas with the ability to find creative solutions to complex communications challenges.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple deliverables at a time for fast turnaround and deployment.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Experience You Could Bring

  • Experience with Highspot, CircleHD, Vimeo, MindTickle or other content management/learning management systems.
  • Experience in change management.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:
$122,000$165,000 USD
The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:
$135,000$182,000 USD
