Senior Product Marketing Manager

Our customers include many of the world’s top financial institutions, corporations and government departments, all major global regulatory agencies, leading security and law enforcement agencies, and all tier-one advisory firms and litigation support vendors.

This role is a hybrid working environment. Most of our marketing is in the office 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own messaging and positioning. You will own how we position the product in market, define our value proposition and the language we use in marketing material.  You will understand the key features of our products and how they differentiate us from our competitors. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our market and customer. Define customer personas, prioritise their biggest challenges, define segments, understand purchasing behaviours and research competing offerings. Serve as the voice of the customer.  Identify opportunities to grow product adoption, usage and retention – utilising research, analytics and feedback from regions. Influence GTM teams to leverage the opportunities you identify.
  • Support product launches. Develop internal briefing assets and internal sales enablement resources to help prepare and upskill internal teams on product launches, and build internal and external excitement.
  • Partner with our product team.Be a close partner with our product, customer innovations and engineering teams. Contribute to our product strategy, how we prioritise features and be a constant advocate for our customers.
  • Enable our go-to-market teams. Be a key partner to our GTM marketing and sales teams. Identify and deliver assets to be used by these GTM teams including product presentation materials, fact sheets, battlecards, videos and white papers.  Collaborate with GTM teams to brief product initiatives, agree optimal launch timing and GTM approach, and consult throughout the GTM process to ensure clear guardrails are set when communicating product value externally.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience working with B2B SaaS products.
  • Prior product management or marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to work in an agile, matrixed, global environment across multiple time zones
  • Experience working closely with product teams.
