What you will be doing

  • Work with Head of Marketing, to plan and execute both global and regional marketing initiatives with a key focus on demand generation.
  • Set up and execute campaigns, including Pardot and Salesforce campaign management, development of email content and social media, sales enablement and lead nurture programs.
  • Plan and execute strategic events ranging from large user conferences to high-touch experiences (roundtables, networking events etc.) that support business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales team and content team to develop customer success stories.
  • Build a strong relationship with sales and participate in regular sales meetings.
  • Work with Marketing Operations on a range of activities including tracking and reporting on campaigns and key KPIs.
  • Manage the APAC marketing budget.
  • Brief and work with external agencies and the internal marketing studio to generate campaign assets as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with the global marketing team, ensuring APAC market needs are addressed in global activities.

What you bring

  • 7+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Proven experience in effectively utilising digital marketing platforms and programs, including marketing automation such as Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Proficient in office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • A self-starter with a track record that demonstrates you are highly organised, with the ability to execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proactive in your communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel, within the region and sometimes globally, in line with the needs of an international company.
