What you will be doing

  • Build, lead and supervise marketing campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce
  • Execute cross-channel campaigns, including buyer’s journey, implementation, asset build, test, and ongoing management
  • Delivering automation capabilities that streamline campaigns and connect data across platforms.
  • Collaborate and upskill the marketing team, use best practice methods and to ensure successful delivery of email marketing campaigns.
  • Have direct ownership or co-ownership of additional marketing technology lead gen tools, webinars, project/event management, marketing attribution models. Etc.
  • Monitor, report, and work with the broader marketing team in other regions to improve KPIs.

What you bring

  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools (Pardot/Engagement Studio) and CRM tools (Salesforce), Pardot certification will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Automation platform and experience in supporting Digital & Demand Gen. team to manage Webinar campaign, Event, and Lead Nurture Program.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Data Pull List from Salesforce.
  • Experience in the development of both emails, forms, & landing pages.
  • Experience working with additional MarTech tools including event registration tools, website management, webinars, online chat, project management, marketing attribution models, etc.
  • Work in conjunction with the data and marketing teams to analyse member and customer behaviour and adjust and target campaigns accordingly to drive continuous improvement
