We are looking for an Account Manager to maintain and support expansion of our business with our service provider and advisory clients. This is a post initial sale account management role.  As an ambassador of Nuix, you will be responsible for evangelizing solutions, retaining existing business and working with sales executives to grow existing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver value to clients as a trusted advisor with technical capabilities to solve typical eDiscovery challenges
  • Manage overall annual renewal process with client
  • Increase client satisfaction through all stages of the customer lifecycle – onboarding through renewal
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders at existing clients
  • Expand Nuix footprint by advancing existing solutions and alternate use cases for clients’ challenges
  • Ensure high level of satisfaction and retention rate of clients by ensuring the outcome purchased by the client is delivered by the Nuix solution year after year
  • Work closely with Account Executive to identify new sales opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Significant similar experience in software sales, especially in legal or eDiscovery space
  • Technically savvy – not afraid to discuss highly technical solutions to eDiscovery challenges – Python or Ruby experience a plus
  • Past experience in an eDiscovery organization or selling to those organizations a plus
  • Demonstrable understanding of PaaS and SaaS sales motion
  • Experience with enterprise level sales cycles and contract sizes
  • Education – 4 year degree with experience; JD/MBA a plus

  • This is a client facing role and requires an individual with the ability to work effectively with all types of people
  • Effective time management skills including the ability to direct others to a desired outcome
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Solid computer skills with ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
  • Ability to demonstrate excitement about and connection to the Nuix Values
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, agile environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Commitment to work collaboratively and cross functionally across the globe
  • Ability to travel as required and work flexible hours in line with the needs of an international company
