Recruiting Coordinator

What we need:
As our team at Logikcull continues to grow, we are looking for someone to help us keep the train on this track! We need a coordinator to help us organize our interviews and help ensure all our candidates have a world-class experience while in the process with us. We are looking for someone who is eager to get their feet wet in the dynamic world of a tech start-up and grow their own career while growing our team! In many ways you’ll be the face of the Logikcull recruiting team, being one of the main points of contact with our candidates and helping continue to expand our employer branding presence. 
Who you’ll work with: 
This role is truly cross-functional. Day to day you’ll be working with the Talent and People team at Logikcull and our candidates and new hires as we usher them through our interview process and into the onboarding pipeline. You’ll also get a chance to work with hiring managers and interviewers across all functions of the organization!

What you’ll do:

  • You will report into the Head of Talent and sit on the small but mighty People Team 
  • You will schedule interviews for hiring managers, teams, and founders calls through our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • You will guide candidates through the hiring process, to ensure the interview experience  is running smoothly and efficiently
  • You will own all of the onboarding (background checks, ordering gifts, coordinating IT, scheduling, etc.) 
  • You will create and post content for our careers website and on social media accounts 
  • As you grow, you will start to take on sourcing and eventually be able to manage (from kick-off to close) roles of your own! 
  • What we’re looking for (you!):

  • You have 1-2 years of experience working on a team in a fast-paced industry such as a tech startup, T&E, hospitality, etc.  
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • You have a strong attention to detail – some may have called you Type A in the past, but if not, then you have a clear system in place to make sure things don’t fall through the cracks
  • You are an anthropologist at heart and love learning about people …  their interests, what they do for a living, what they like or don’t like about what they do, and how they are motivated. 
  • You’re able to handle multiple tasks and priorities with ease, foreseeing and planning for obstacles and not getting overwhelmed when issues arise.  
  • You love to laugh and are okay with whole conversations in gifs and emojis. 
  • You are that person that always wants to take a picture or video to capture the moment and share it with friends and family on social media.
