What we need:
As our team at Logikcull continues to grow, we are looking for someone to help us keep the train on this track! We need a coordinator to help us organize our interviews and help ensure all our candidates have a world-class experience while in the process with us. We are looking for someone who is eager to get their feet wet in the dynamic world of a tech start-up and grow their own career while growing our team! In many ways you’ll be the face of the Logikcull recruiting team, being one of the main points of contact with our candidates and helping continue to expand our employer branding presence.
Who you’ll work with:
This role is truly cross-functional. Day to day you’ll be working with the Talent and People team at Logikcull and our candidates and new hires as we usher them through our interview process and into the onboarding pipeline. You’ll also get a chance to work with hiring managers and interviewers across all functions of the organization!
