The Partner Marketing team is responsible for creating co-marketing campaigns with Klaviyo’s key Platform, Services, Integrations and Strategic Alliances Partners that drive awareness of Klaviyo and its solutions to customers — resulting in new, loyal, and growing Klaviyo customers.
The role
Klaviyo is committed to the continued growth of our Ecosystem of partners. Supporting this, we are looking to hire an organised, analytical partner marketer and relationship builder to join the team. If you love leading impactful marketing campaigns, thrive on organisation and numbers, and get energised by developing mutually beneficial relationships with Partners, this role is for you.
You'll be responsible for owning co-marketing campaigns and supporting the strengthening of our relationships with Partners across the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for leading the execution of co-marketing campaigns with, through, and to Partners. You’ll be measured on a number of key performance metrics, including MRR (monthly recurring revenue) initiated from co-marketing campaigns, acquisitions of new target partners, and launches of new integrations.
You’ll report to the Lead Partner Marketing Manager within the Marketing organisation, and work cross-functionally with leaders across several teams including Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Product.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Seek win-win-win scenarios for Klaviyo, Partners and Customers. You’ll be a conduit between Marketing and Partnerships, and enable impactful co-marketing opportunities for Partners as well as for Klaviyo
- Guide Partners on developing effective co-marketing strategies and concepts based on Klaviyo’s core marketing themes and objectives, while staying true to the Partners own objectives
- Serve as a liaison for strategic intel from Partners to Klaviyo, helping drive value and solutions for customers, partners and Klaviyo
- Create and test for the most impactful co-marketing campaigns; new ideas are expected, but we’re also looking to leverage your prior experience to see immediate traction
- Work cross functionally within the larger Klaviyo organisation and marketing team to own successful execution of co-marketing campaigns across various channels—email, social media, paid advertising, webinars, in-person events, and more.
In your first 30 days, you’ll be responsible for:
- Gaining practical use of Klaviyo’s product, teams and tools to operate independently and with customer empathy
- Fostering rapport and communication cross-functionally within Klaviyo
- Learning standard operating procedures within Ecosystem Marketing, Marketing and Partnerships
- Beginning to own co-marketing campaigns with Partners
In 60 days, you’ll be responsible for:
- Entirely owning execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners
- Showing traction towards strategic objectives relevant to Partners
In 90 days, you’ll be responsible for:
- Analysing co-marketing outcomes and identifying areas for optimization
- Contributing to Partner Marketing and regional objectives
Who You Are:
- 5+ years experience working in B2B Partner Marketing either within a SaaS company or Agency with eCommerce clients
- Experience working in eCommerce
- Practical understanding of marketing channels including email marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, brand, product marketing, community events and more
- Prior experience working with business software, including Google Docs, Google Analytics, and CRM (Salesforce)
- A self-starter and someone who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Highly organised and able to prioritise initiatives
- Optimistic, agile and flexible when necessary
- Willing and able to travel (i.e within Europe for in-person events)
- Fluent English (written and verbal). Additional business-fluent French or German a bonus+
- Full authorisation to work in the UK without any restrictions
