With Matrix reporting into both the Interim Vice President of Sales & the Vice President of Customer, as an Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving efficient growth within our existing book of accounts. This role, new to Foleon, will lay the foundation for our Post-sale growth motion, shaping and influencing the role itself, and the function as a whole.
In this role, you will focus on renewing and expanding customers across our two key markets NAM & EMEA/ROW. You will own and manage a book of business, driving value and broader use of the Foleon platform – within the existing department, into additional departments/teams, out to new regions, and into new entities – from opportunity identification to close.
Through research, prospecting, and outreach, source 10% of the pipeline (value and volume) necessary to achieve adequate pipeline coverage and monthly and quarterly targets (in addition to what is sourced by CSMs).
Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and expanding into existing accounts.
Effectively sell the value of Foleon to key stakeholders within the account; pitch how Foleon delivers ROI to the customer and is an integral part of their commercial strategy
Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Hubspot (CRM).
Building & maintaining Existing Business (EB) pipeline in line with coverage expectations (2x target) to ensure consistent delivery against targets
Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts and find and create ways for expansion within our book of business.
Build account plans for key accounts and execute these strategies to achieve growth, retention, and customer experience goals.
Collaborate well with internal resources including BDRs, Account Executives, Customer Marketing, Customer Education, and Customer Success.

You are a top performer in a sales/AM role with 2+ years of experience
You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota.
You have worked in a B2B SaaS company
You have experience with outbound/prospecting (crucial)
You are excited to be using consultative and challenging sales strategies in a competitive market. (Knowing the WBD sales methodology is a bonus but not required)
