You’ll be joining a global team of experienced and talented Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Analysts who are focused on building a product that empowers and enables customers to participate in great live experiences. We are passionate about live events, motivated, collaborative, and a fun-loving team responsible for a high-growth, global business.
With the largest event inventory on the planet, and millions of consumers using the platform for event discovery each month, a delightful, low friction consumer experience throughout is critical to our success. You’ll be responsible for driving initiatives from improving our search experience, to building novel ways to browse our inventory.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, creating a compelling vision for your product group, defining a strategy and leading teams to ship high quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within and across Eventbrite. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team, directly impact millions of would-be event-goers, and help our consumer product become a trusted tool for exploring, and attending the best events on Eventbrite.
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably with experience working in native apps or consumer-facing products
Experience developing product strategy & building alignment / consensus across an organization
Balance strong bias for action with deep experience driving product alignment across multiple stakeholders
Passion for building innovative products that solve user needs through deep understanding of the customer and finding product market fit
Understand user needs, respond to tight deadlines, and deliver products that drive key business metrics
Minimum 3 years experience in direct team management with a proven track record of building and retaining high performing product management teams
Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills with data-driven approach to decision-making
Strong prioritization and focus, including comfort making tradeoffs with incomplete information
Ability to influence team members across all departments and levels of the organization.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Adept at thinking strategically and maintaining a big picture perspective
4-year degree BS/BA in a technical, business or other analytical field required
Experience working for a marketplace with a focus on the demand-side experience
Experience using Eventbrite’s product as a creator and/or attendee
