Product Manager, EPS


Role Description

Engagement Platform tools serve Feature Rollouts and Experimentation at Dropbox today. This platform is critical to Dropbox’s success in becoming a launchpad for future growth and accelerating the learnings across all of Dropbox. As a Senior Product Manager in this team, you will drive the development and adoption of the next generation of our experimentation tooling and directly work with product managers, growth managers, data science and help them launch experiments more efficiently


  • Serve as a thought leader in the experimentation space, advocating for best practices and disseminating learning across the organization.
  • Focus on evolving our current experimentation tools and platform to increase test volume and velocity.
  • Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams and working cross functionally with various engineering, data science and analytics teams
  • Define clear outcomes that measure customer satisfaction and business impact
  • Drive the culture of Experimentation at Dropbox.


  • 5+ years Product Management experience, defining vision and strategy for platform products
  • Impact driven and a consistent history of driving successful product outcomes from concept to completion
  • Customer empathy for both internal and external customer needs and behaviors, with strong motivation to solve their problems
  • Ability to analyze and use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Experience building an in-house experimentation platform at scale or having directly worked with Optimizely, Amplitude, Google Analytics or similar products will be a big plus. 
  • BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering or relevant experience
