Role Description

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing, Website Optimization Lead focused on driving monetization efforts via website optimization. As a Lead, you will directly drive the company’s financial success by driving revenue through conversion optimization across HelloSign’s website. To do this, you will scale and empower a team that executes rapid experimentation and partners cross-functionally to drive business-critical metrics including trial start, marketing-qualified leads, and up-sell rates for HelloSign users. The ability to operationalize processes that scale, set strategy, and develop your team are critical in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Set the team’s strategy for improving website conversion rates to meet financial goals
  • Own forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of HelloSign’s website performance
  • Drive rapid iteration and experimentation 
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders (product, design, analytics, data science, marketing) and advocate for resourcing and alignment on behalf of the team

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive initiatives to meet specific KPIs (e.g., revenue, trial starts, direct purchases)
  • Experience working with web developers, product and design teams
  • Strong analytical background
  • Previous people management experience a must. 3+ years of experience managing direct reports. 
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Previous experience running A/B tests designed to impact ARR and ARR-driving metrics on web
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage a diverse set of stakeholders
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
